Welcome to Capocavallo booking service. Here are my payment terms:
Only upon receiving the earnest (size: 50% of the weekly rate), we will reserve the apartment for you.
In case of cancellation before the 30th day prior to your arrival, you will receive a 90% refund of the earnest; if your cancellation is received between the 30th day prior to your arrival and the day of your arrival, your earnest will be withheld.
The weekly dues are expected to be paid in full by the first day of your arrival, when the earnest will become caution money which will be refund in full via bank transfer (or others) after an inspection of the apartment's conditions.
